This is my take. Billions of years ago there were tons of highly advanced "people" roaming this area of space (among others) and some of them began seeding this planet with DNA and tending the planet like gardeners. Many different races of people that we have never seen have lived here and called earth home. There was a time that there was no moon, our oceans were placid, and the average height of people here was 10-18 feet tall. Civilizations on Lemuria and Atlantis were much more sophisticated technologically than we are today. They also vibrated at a higher (than 3D) frequency. They took themselves out with nuclear war. We are the latest crop of human. Some experiments like for example the dinosaurs and cro magnons were decidedly removed by them. Now we're like a race of humans about to be old enough to get the keys to the car for ourselves. Like we just turned sixteen. It's on. I’m talking about self awareness.
Within us we all have the capacity to strengthen latent abilities like telepathy, empathy, clairvoyance and more. You just have to be aware that you can do it, and practice. We will all get there eventually. I guess some will have it come to them sooner than others.
