I visualized sending a pink energy through my hand chakra to a specific tree next to me, and up the tree specifically to the birds trying to sleep in the tree. Tendrils of pink love energy climbed and wrapped up the tree until they enveloped the birds. I sent a message of love and a hug to each bird. One minute later a rush of birds filled the sky and filled the tree.
