I was encouraged to to manifest a spiritual legion. This legion consists of five aspects of yourself that you create to aid you with the following tasks below. Each aspect specializes in a task. Give each aspect a name. Also assign appearance and personality. They can remind you of people you know. If they are based on people you know it might be helpful. The aspects are: the energy healer, the transmuter, the purifier, the warrior, and the sage. When you sense negative energy around you, call upon your legion to help you.
My Legion:
Energy Healer
Heals your energy and multiple selves. He heals your body and all else that is you.
“Healer, fill me with your light.”
Transmuter
Transmutes negative energy to light.
“Transmuter, turn that darkness into light.”
Purifier
Purification of the area. Watchfully purifies your energies.
“Purifier, completely bless my environment.”
Warrior (Defender)
Deflects any kind of attack, and gives it to the transmuter and healer to deal with.
“Defender, deflect any other negative energies that may be coming my way.”
Sage
Makes sure everything is in balance. Advisor. Looking at overall big picture and helps you find balance.
“Sage, balance all of the energies together into a state of harmony.”
My heart is my power source to summon my legion. Envision a ball of golden energy that radiates your happiest memories. Witness it enter a crystal within your heart. This activates your legion consisting of the five aspects of yourself that you created to aid you with the tasks that each aspect specializes in. Anytime you sense strong energies or emotions come upon you, sick your legion on ‘em. You could say ‘Legion, take care of this please.’ Or ‘Legion, go.’ Whatever you want to say is cool. You will have a team that are all aspects of yourself on the job, and doing their job well. It’s like spiritual technology. Making like easier for yourself and others with intent and creativity. At its very least it feels nurturing and comforting, and at its most potential very empowering. It kind of like reminds me of Dr. Manhattan has multiple manifestations of himself existing simultaneously working like a team. I’ve just begun to better establish their personalities and get to know them better.
