Alex you are experiencing that of which you resonate with. If your frequencies effect so much of your experience, raising them should always be a priority. And the reason behind your past experiences should become clear to you now. Much of the negative ones were entrenched with karma, but there is a bigger picture to it as well. Really experiencing the lower frequencies before you increase your frequency will make the ride and the journey something to behold. It also helps you bring others with you along for the ride. With your relatability and understanding you can connect to and help others. Reach out to them and pull them across the expanse to where we are all going. Much of the work is achieved by going inward. Whatever actions you take afterwards will be what you were meant to do. Follow your bliss and desires, and spread that love to others.
